Hey All, I just got a megasquirt 1 v2.2 with the 029y4a firmware and the engine is a ka24det. I know people run their 240's with MS2 but cant seem to find any results for MS1, I have build the wiring harness myself according to the MS diagram, I am stuck at how to wire the ignition coil (I have a Msd coil with resistor) I have read different opinions about how to do it but no solid answer.
Should i connect the power transistor to the ignition input on the MS or I have to connect the negative of the coil directly if so how would that work. Can someone post their wiring diagram or give any advice on the wiring. Thanks
