strange noise

I have a stock KA with 215K. Recently about 2 weeks ago I noticed that there is a rubbing noise coming from the engine bay at idle. When I rev the engine I can't hear it. Had new fan oem clutch, water pump and nismo thermostat put in nov of '16. It also seems to warm up slower than it has even after the nismo thermostat was put in. It certainly doesn't seem to be overheating. It did overheat once about 5 months ago but Tay worked on the coolant. Still girgles a little but hasn't overheated. I think the noise started right before I did the oil change but not sure. I went from full synthetic 10W-40 to 5W-30 because it was very cold. Though, I wish I could have done it sooner but it was in the shop for 7 weeks waiting on the steering rack to be rebuilt so the heavier oil was in still in there for a couple of nights that got down to 18F. When the original fan clutch locked up in aug 2015 I replaced it with duralast one but it would still make that roar noise but not constantly, though, before the original one went bad I never hear the roar noise ever. I then replaced the durlast one with a new oem one and same thing so I replaced it with another new oem one under warranty and it made no difference.

I don't hear any slapping noise. Its like a scraping or rubbing sound.

I noticed couple of days ago a new noise has started. It buzzes loudly at startup. The other noise sounds like a rubbing noise or something that I hear just inside the car with the doors closed after a few minutes. Also it seems to not warm up to normal temperature and there is girgling in the coolant system. I drove it on the highway and it seems to pull fine. Oh and the power steering seems to increase the buzz noise at startup but when it warms up the power steering is ok.
