Idle problems sr20 redtop

Ok so this morning i drove to work fine car ran great. I leave work being in a great mood start the car let it warm up and go on my marry way and got heavy on the throttle because of the great mood i was in. Got to a empty intersection to turn left Now me being a dumbass i decide to clutch kick while a quarter in the turn and slide the rear end out and i got on the throttle but as soon as i got on it, it started to misfire like crazy and had no power unless I down shifted and stepped on the throttle. When i got home I popped the hood and the motor was rocking a lot more than usual and it sounded like a lawn mower. Not sure what to diagnosis Is it spark plugs? fuel? or did something in the motor break or mounts???? Not sure please help
