Normal, I can even feel the difference when the thrust washers are in. Anyway it's going to change when you add connecting rods, pistons and rings. You should be trying to feel something, not just the fact that it spins freely. <---did that make sense?

No nothing changed, and yes I know it will be different, I have a torque dial gauge to read break away torque readings as I turn the whole assembly with all pistons and rods in there. What's good to me is a reading around 10 ft lbs of force to rotate assembly. Thanks though, I know it was normal, but still some people have never seen normal....
