Hahahhaha.
If you don't have an LSD, she can be a benefit (seat her onto your rear right seat! )

None of you will believe people can be this stupid, but since it's a Honda owner I'm about to slander, maybe you can.

Long before I owned my 240, and even long before I appreciated the mere idea of a sports car, I drove a then-fifteen-year-old Ford Ranger pickup truck. It was my first car, cost about a grand, and was the ugliest, slowest piece of crap you've ever seen. I clocked it once. No joke, this 4-cyl beauty did 0-60 in thirty seconds. Ok, so you get the idea, right? Crap. Absolute crap.

Again, I emphasize, the rest of this story is true.

While stopped at a red light, a tiny red honda pulled up next to me at a light. He starts revvin' his engine like mad, and looking at me. Once again, folks, I'm in the ugliest pick-up truck you've ever seen - and he's trying to get me to race him. Behind him, seriously, was a cop - in a marked car, no less.

Well, obviously, he didn't check his rear-view mirror. The light turned green, and he took off. I mean, he really zipped away from that light - at least in comparison to me. Yeah, well so did the cop. He pulled the guy over not even a tenth of a mile away from the light - right infront of me. I passed them both, and waved.

Of course I had to wave - I, effectively, just won his race. And I used an '83 Ford Ranger pickup with over 100k miles on the clock to do it.

The lesson here is that some people will race anything, anywhere if they think they'll win. Dumbass.

Nice,

I like that story, and I can relate. I drove a 90 Explorer before my 240. I had a freeken done up Type-R (a real one) try to get a drag out of me. Dispite the fact I could have kicked on the 4wd and turned his riceride into a speed bump, he bolted of the line and, would you know, he kicked my ass.

So us this as a lesson for real life, pick on people you know you will beat and life will always be easy. F*ck'n Type-R.

my first car was a 79 volvo. 0-60 in 17 seconds. one memorable race involved an early 90s civic coupe, kinda souped up. he pulled into the right lane, an wanted to race. i'm in a shitty old volvo. why would anyone want to race me? anyways, i got angry so i raced him. he was ahead by about a car and a half, but he needed to change into my lane to avoid parked cars. he chickened out in changing lanes. i guess he didnt think he had enough space. at any rate, in order to avoid the parked cars, he hopped the curb and broke his front axle. i just backed up in the middle of traffic, rolled down my window, and burst out laughing.

note to everyone: dont race shitmobiles. pick on someone fair.

As you guys probably figured, I love cars. And I'm a girl. And I encourage people to fix and upgrade things on their cars, and I love racing, and I love anything that has to do with the word "auto"... except problems. I have never had anyone tell me that I'm immature. I try to be silly and cheerful, but I wouldn't consider that immaturity. You sure you talked to right girls, drifter?
