its a reflective tape,...underneath is just a standard adhesive. No heat repelling/absorbing properties there.

Id imagine first event, or whenever you gave that manifold some real heat,...it'd just burn up man

See you got a new setup tho!,...just dnt wrap that film around it,..lol
use the same kinda wrap that came with the downpipe

ps....car/setup looks great

That's the stock oil separation tank. It's REALLY easy to install. I was even able to rig mine up when i had a tubular manifold, but installation with the stock manifold is a no-brainer.

Which part is it that you are having a problem with?

I have a Megan manifold... The sep tank bottom hose does not align properly. So I'm unable to secure the tank to the engine. If I cut the hose it'll be too short and would not align or it would be to long and have a really big bend to loop back the the engine.

you need to fab up some brackets to hold the can higher than the manifold. Once you've accomplished that, you take some NEW hose, cut it to the proper length and attach the hose to the tank and the crankcase/valve cover.

In some instances you will need to stick a big screwdriver in the metal tube for the crankcase and CAREFULLY bend it away from the manifold to get the proper angle to attach a hose to it so it wont be too close to the manifold.
