Just take the last two numbers off the price in yen and you'll have the ball-park amount in USD. For example:

13,000 Yen = $130

Based on today's rate it is actually $126, but it's a quick way to get close.

How do you usually have large parts shipped to Hawaii? I checked FedEx and the rate was insane. The box would be too big for USPS.

Usually UPS, and Fedex. But, the rates have gone up a lot, compared to years ago. Another option I guess would be by sea.

Japan Post Surface (Sea Freight) is about the same price as USPS Priority so we typically don't ship wheels via Sea unless they are going somewhere other than the US or Canada.
