idle problems power fc d jetro

Been trying to chase this problem for a while now, but when the car hits its operating temp it hunts for idle 500~-1500~ rpm. Just installed a afr gauge and when it hunts, it bounces back and forth from 12.3 to full lean. Cleaned iacv, replaced coolant temp sensor, checked all vac lines....any suggestions? I've ordered a datalogit cable to idle relearn and see if that's the problem. Car is from japan with a japan tune so that may be the issue. Car is a blacktop sr, trust td06 20g, sard 850 cc, apexi metal hg.

Uh, richen the areas of the fuel map where the idle falls to keep it steady (it needs tuning)
