Is this kit TUV approved for Germany ? if not can you get the paper work for it ?

Correct me if I'm wrong but as long as a TUV shop is installing the item you will be ok? I'm here in GE, and have the same kit, passed for the last 3 years. you should be fine. Go to your nearest TUV station and ask.
