Hmm, Next sunday sounds good...So NOV 21? Not thanksgiving weekend, Not Dec 5, I got be down at UCSD looking for a room. Who wants to organize it? Come on, final is coming, I ain't got time for meet before the final. Hehe after all the slacking off, I got be cramping.

There I said it. Now let's do it. I say someone starts a new thread w/ the where and when so we can attract attention and get ppls to go.

Anything on Fresh Alloy about this?? I haven't looked.

where exactly is the best spot on the island to meet?
places to a least play basketball or something?
places to buy or cook food?

i'll bring some ice and 2 liters and some cups at least.

once we figure out the specifics, someone can make a new thread or something

There's a parking lot over on the "right" side of the island. There's a bball court and a open field not far from there.

Someone bring a BBQ grille so we can make food.

It IS in the middle of the bay, its gonna be cold.. bring two sweaters :P

Sounds good but can you give more details than "right side" - i'm "assuming" you mean right side from San Francisco - or heading to the island from San Francisco... ? post some "dummy-proof" directions and I'll write up a new thread...

That's the thing... I don't know! I just know how to get there.

And yes, its "right" assuming you're coming from SF. You pass through the little checkbox thing, and turn right on the very first street. GO all the way down and there's a lot on the right.

If I have time tomorrow, I'll go peep it out and take pics to help everyone out.
