1UZ Vs KA24DE Gearing Question

Looking For an Answer Here.

1UZ swapped S13 Ka24DE Transmission, Stock 4.08 rear (Car 1)

Stock KA24DE S13, Stock trans and 4.08 rear as well. (Car 2)

If Both Cars are Driven in the same way, Revved to the same RPM in all gears, Shouldnt they both acheive the same Speeds???

Crankshaft speed is crankshaft speed. If transmissions are the same and final gearing is the same, the only speed variable left is the outer diameter of the tires that both cars are running. So in other words, if both cars are running the exact same tire then yeah, speeds should match.
But this is the internet so take what I say with a grain of salt, right?

Hmm interesting question I'm not too sure about. I hope more people chime in. What blackmags said sounds accurate. In my mind I'm thinking about different engines making different power at the same rpm. However with the same transmission, cruising speed I would guess would be at a very similar rpm.

May I ask why you are asking this question?

RPM is RPM your gearbox input shaft wont know if its a 1uz or a bale of hay putting the revolutions in.

Torque is a different story, it will affect how soon you get to said rpm.

As is what I said to my Friend, while we argued for hours. Im having a Hard time understanding why ANYTHING but Crankshaft turns (RPM) would affect output speed with the exact same trans and rears. BUT Lo and behold, the Damn 1uz Car isnt very freeway friendly, I dont get it. Fuckin car revs 6k doin 70 in 5th

Friend and I argued for a while, he swears up and down that a motor has some sort of gear ratio effect , I argue, 1 turn is 1 turn, no matter whats turning it, the same RPMs should equal tha same speeds in identical gearboxes and diffs
