I have dash and running lights not working. My brake lights and headlights work. I had a running light fall out of my fender and cut the wires up when it came out I'm assuming they grounded out on the fender. Where should I start to look to figure out what fuse to replace and what's it called its a 1990 s13

Fix the wires, red w/blue stripe is hitting metal. Tail light fuse in drivers kick panel.
