My first post- I have found plenty of headers for the KA24DE, however I am interested in a set that primarily is one that has proven horsepower gains. Is this ISR(formerly Isis) choice a good one, or are there better choices? Secondly, I would like a set that is ceramic coated if that is an option.

Congrats on your first post.  The ISR Performance KA Headers do not come ceramic coated as an option. You can certainly do that after you get them. The DC Sports headers do have a ceramic coated option. I think for the price the ISR Performance headers are a really good bang for your buck.
