- s13 seat rails

is there any mounting hardware for securing the harnesses?

You'll need a roll cage out harness bar to mount your shoulder straps to. If you Get bride fg sliders, they bolt to the floor and to the seat.

To my understanding. .

Harness + no cage = bad idea
Cage + no harness = bad idea
Harness + cage = correct
Bucket seat + stock oem belt + no cage = correct

Remember the reason why people even change their seats. It's safety. If you're going to be neglecting important points of the upgrade, why even bother because it will kill you.

You need a proper harness bar welded to your chassis or a rollcage. Do not bolt your harnesses to the chassis. Unless of course you'd like your spine to compress, instantly killing you
