Exclamation S13 KA-T hatchback project / parts car, quality parts car. Norcal- San Jose - $3000

Time has come to let it go..
Gray color 240sx hatchback with KA24DE turbo (fastback). Does not run. Please read whole ad before responding.
Price is firm.
You will need at least two wheels that clear 300ZX front brakes and a tow truck/trailer to move it.

Was a daily driver/track car. I built the rest of the car with only high end/quality parts, saving the engine upgrades which I saved for last.
I put something like $10k of quality mechanical parts into the car (suspension, drivetrain, brakes) before touching the engine, so its got plenty of value under the skin..
Only reason I'm selling is cause my parents are fed up with me storing it at their house, hah.
Could be built up into a monster or be parts-donor stripped for another project.
Or even for the willing entrepreneur, you can just part out the whole car on forums/ebay for (at a minimum) $4800 (see used parts price breakdowns, prices taken from ebay/forum prices below), not including the rolling chassis.
I just don't have the time to do that anymore.
The car can hold 0.98G lateral sustained on crappy old 235/40R17 Bridgestone Potenza RE040 tires, with a peak of about 1.18G; it sticks to the pavement like glue.

Good compression on the engine, I took it the head off to put in a 2mm metal head gasket so I could eventually up the boost..
then life got in the way, so engine is sitting half reassembled.

Front right fender is light gray primer, rest of car is dark charcoal gray.
Has Sunroof, no leaks.
Power windows.

A brief list of parts (I even may be missing a few on here):

Engine: ($1300+ USED fair parts price)
KA24DE(-T) from a 1997 240sx with 80k on the odometer.

Bottom mount chrome coated turbo manifold
Divorced style (better response, power) T28 coated stainless steel wastegate manifold
3" Exhaust with adapted SuperTrapp tuneable muffler/spark arrestor end plate (can tune the noise level to match the track's sound limits) painted with matte engine black paint
3" High-flow Catalytic Converter
3" Stainless Steel downpipe
EGR valve deleted/block plate on intake manifold
Nismo OEM style stiffened motor mounts and transmission mount
Mechanical oil temp gauge

AN-10 Oil Drain line:

Suspension: ($1000++ USED fair parts price)
KTS Inverted Fork Coilovers with 16-way adjustable dampening and independent length/preload adjustment (these have real dampening and useful adjustment for handling, unlike cheap bargain-type Megan Racing coilovers)
8 kg/mm front springs, 6kg/mm rear springs
Energy Suspension Red Polyurethane bushings in most spots
Solid Heim-joint tubular fully-adjustable front tension rod bushings
Blue Subframe spacers (full donut style, not just the half-circles)
5-lug front conversion kit (full brand new bearings).. forgot the manufacturer of these
5-lug rear from 300ZX

Aluminum rear sprindles/uprights from 300ZX
All New Solid Heim-joint tubular fully-adjustable control arms for the rear; traction rods, toe rods, control arm, etc (never had time to install them)
Oval profile fixed front strut bar (forgot where it came from, but it was special order)
Some generic rear upper strut bar

Brakes: ($600++ USED fair parts price)
Wilwood Racing 1 1/8" bore Tandem Billet aluminum Master Cylinder (give instantaneous brakes and a firm pedal)
Wilwood Racing lever-type brake bias adapter (cockpit-mounted, allows you to repeatably fine tune front/rear brake bias on the fly.. for instance, optimum brake balance in wet, damp, and dry conditions is different..)
3K psi hydraulic valve used for rear brake control
Earl's AN-3 steel (mostly) and aluminum brake fittings and adapters throughout the car's brake system
Full stainless steel braided lines throughout the car (!) no hard lines are used anywhere on the car.
Front: 12.1" rotors (rusted now) 300ZX 30mm 4-piston rebuilt calipers
Rear: 11.8" (or whatever) rotors, 300ZX 2-piston rebuilt calipers
Wilwood Tandem Master Cylinder with 1-1/8" Bore

Wilwood Valve-type Proportioning valve mounting location, driver side

Enclosed-bearing (not the cheap shortened rod type) short shifter
Rebuilt Clutch Slave Cylinder, Clutch Dampener loop removed
AEM wideband gauge, Water temp gauge is actually Oil temp, Auto transmission shifter bezel with Nissan sticker encouraging driver to "SHIFT LOCK". Awesome stereo.

Engine Management: ($1200 USED fair parts price)
AEM standalone EMS ($$ - this is like $900 used by itself)
AEM gauge style O2/AFR meter (wired back to ECU as well, so you could run a stock ECU without any O2 warning trips)
Boost solenoid wired up
3 axis digital accelerometer wired up to AEM EMS system for track datalogging (only 2 axis, x and y, are wired up)
AEM Plug and Play Standalone EMS, Stock ECU

First off, I read the whole ad. This car looks legit!

So all it needs to be complete and running is a gasket for the head and a set of wheels? Has the head been covered where it's not going to be collecting filth all this time? And how long has it been sitting this way?
Oh, and I didn't see anything about a title. Do you have it, and is it clean?

More pics would also be nice!

A note on how the accelerometer is hooked up (cuz I'm proud of thinking up this solution with ethernet cables and jacks), this is mounted behind the gauges.
The wire on the left is wired into the stock ECU harness. The wire on the right goes to the 3-axis Accelerometer.
As seen here, it is hooked up for running the AEM EMS.

When you want to run the Stock ECU (maybe for safe mode or troubleshooting):
Disconnect the Accelerometer cable and connect in this orange loopback jack (to prevent any ECU codes/CELs):

Thanks!!
The engine actually has the new Cometic 2mm metal head gasket already on, head torqued down properly in sequence.
Just needs to have the timing chain put back on, wheels, new rotors.
The injector ports, etc have been stuffed with paper towels and stuff to keep crap from falling into them.
Been sitting about 1.5 years since it last ran.
Coated the cylinder walls, pistons, etc with a layer of new motor oil before I put the head back on.
Title is in hand, and its clean. Added a bunch of pictures.

Thanks! Yeah I actually posted it for 2500 on craigslist at first, but then I started remembering a bunch more parts I had on the car, so I upped it to 3k.

Here are all the other parts I'm including with it:
Uninstalled/new solid Heim-joint suspension arms:

S13 manual KA cams (248/240 deg I believe):

Junkyard 300ZX Master Cylinder:

New exhaust gaskets, HKS SSQV BOV with bad diaphragm, brand new Door handle in the wrong color (from previous owner, lol).

Also random parts bin of stock parts and rubber gaskets.

A girl from SF is gonna pick it up tomorrow, I think.
