FL FS: 1991 RB25 240sx coupe w/ silvia front end + extras

Looking to sell my 240 as is. Car starts but hasn't been driven in over a year due to performance issues/ smoking that I couldn't resolve. Car was built by local guy Tommy Huynh. Perfect for someone with some know how that wants a nearly finished project with a few kinks. Has a ton of parts, some of which I might've forgotten but ill try to list them all:

RB25 swap with stock turbo, stock ECU
JDM Silvia front end
ARP Head studs, Cometic Head Gasket
Fully adjustable coilovers (can't remember brand)
Z32 Calipers, 5-lug hubs
Tranny brace (nismo?)
Skunk2 Exhaust
Nismo Downpipe (rare)
Racing clutch (can't remember the brand, but was over 2 grand new)
Wide band Air/Fuel guage (AEM I believe)
Boost guage
Turbo Timer
S14 rims painted black
Battery relocated to trunk
Battery Kill switch
brand new brake pads
and other various aftermarket suspension parts

The interior of the car is really clean, no cracks in the dash at all and seats are in great condition. The body is also straight, no dents but does currently have a homemade paint job. The hood is the only part with rust as it was left unpainted/ treated except for a weird tape that was put all over it. Also, it doesn't have power steering. It has the lines, you just need the pump.
