Traded my 360mm Nardi Classic for a road bike and bought a new Nardi Classic. Went with a 340mm black spoke and perforated leather w/ grey stitch. Can't wait to drive with it.

It really does. I loved the feel of my old one with smooth leather. Going from a Grip Royal to that was life changing. I've always loved the look of the perforated leather though, and until a week ago I didn't know you could get it with grey stitch(want it to match my shift boot). I love the way this one feels though. We'll see if I still like it once it's worn in a little.

Getting ready to change it up even though I just got it done. Although I enjoy the reclineable seats, I am a bucket fan thru and thru.

Bit dirty and not super cohesive but thought I'd post up since I just got my hud cluster in and picked up these Nismo old logo seat belt pads. Btw more people should run omp seats, pretty comfortable and really lock you in. Plus I think they look pretty sweet

Circuit sports passenger and nagisa drivers. Both buckets hit the floor, but I'm thinking of going street faction for the drivers side because I really don't need the sliders |

This steering wheel project was a bitch. I was determined to use a short hub without a quick release to keep the deep corn in the stock steering wheel position and the options just aren't that great.
-NRG short hub: Looks nice, but it's a complete piece of garbage. It won't slide onto the splined shaft all the way to reach the turn signal cancelling mechanism..and even if it did the holes weren't drill properly for it to mate with it. Returned that shit. -P2M short hub: not the prettiest, but it got the job done. It slid on with ease and reached/mated with the turn signal indicator. Horn button clearance was tight, but I made it work. I might get this hub painted black, I'm not really digging the polish. -Works bell short hub, but I found out there is an ugly gap between the steering column and the hub. Not exactly what I would be expecting for a $200 hub. I then went through a few NRG quick releases that weren't compatible or were too fucking long so the steering wheel was in my face. It seems impossible to find a short hub that looks good, fits perfect and has the fit and finish on a s14. Oh well, I'm pretty happy with how this turned out but I just wasn't expecting this to be a pain in the ass. I want to do the seats and maybe an bolt-in half cage and I'll be done. |
