i will make as many as ordered. shipping is going to take me longer as i will only be able to pack so many in my car at a time (i may have to snag a van from work to make the first batch pickup). i will only be able to drop a few at a time at FedEX.

im still working out with my vendor how quickly i can have these turned around as i explain my order method with them. if these sell well, rather consistently, then the shop will keep a few on hand for me to be able to pick up on a normal basis.

the details will get sorted as the project comes along. havent done anything thing this extensive before so i just figure it out as it goes along

i PROMISE these are coming lol, just cant help what my manufacturer is doing at the moment. theyre assuring me i will have a prototype within the next week or two. from what i was told an emergency popped up at the shop and the guy assigned to my project was reassigned for a week... i wasnt happy on the phone.

so again, it IS happening... just taking longer than expected! injection molding is definitely NOT single sided molding, thats for damn sure!

i understand you guys want these, but there isnt a whole lot i can do about speeding up the process. casting molds is not a easy process, especially for a 2 part, injection based mold. even my fiberglass molds take 2-3 weeks to make.

im confident that i will have a prototype in the next two weeks. if i dont, im going to start getting rather agitated with this shop in that ive paid them A LOT of money to make this happen (not to mention at the amount of cash spent already on the bumper + clean up + prep + jigging) and i DONT like being put off!

Just got off the phone with polyurethane shop. I SHOULD have a prototype Aero Bumper IN HAND by Friday of next week! I should have a 100% ETA by next Tuesday/Wednesday!
