s14 rb25 shutoff issue

Hey everyone i just ahve a question amd was wondering if anyone has dealt with this issue. So if i drive the car normally no issue but when i get on it and go to shift from first to second i get a small backfire then the car dies and wait til like a minute then it will start again. Shifting at about 6k rpms and about 80% or so throttle. Thanks everyone

Make sure your fuel pump isn't failing. Also make sure your fuel pump is getting good power as direct from the battery as possible. Fluctuation in power delivery can cause the pump to not work in higher stress situations.
