FT: 1997 Kouki, M5, Red, 194k, No Sun, Clean & Cared-For
Before you read further:
Price - $OLD; Please lock thread. Please don't expend your energy typing to tell me it's too high; I know it is and I'm not trying to sell outright. For inquiries, please PM me as I do not check the threads often. Location - Central Alabama YMM - 1997 Nissan 240SX SE Trans - 5-speed Color - Red I am interested in seeing what is currently available on the market for trade. I have had possession of this car since October 2013, and have consistently and meticulously taken care of it. I received it almost completely stock, with an automatic and factory radio/speakers at 189k miles. It was previously owned by an older guy that used it as his daily driver and I had no intention on changing that, besides making it more comfortable. I have fixed many issues with it, and I'm fairly anal about maintenance and cleanliness. This car has never been drifted or raced. The Bad: - 196k miles (very minor puff of oil only on takeoff, probably valve stem seal) - Clear is faded/gone on the hood and front bumper (is last on my to-do list) - XXR 962s - The HVAC buttons do not light up - Passenger side steering rack boot torn (will be replacing shortly) The Good: - Kouki, with all the sought-after Kouki items (tails, skirts, little center console/cup holder divider, etc.) - No sunroof (less hassles, and according to some, rare) - Flawless, uncracked interior - JVC Arsenal Bluetooth HU, Pioneer 6.5"s all around, prewired for sub (currently piecing a good 12" sub setup) - 5-speed, ISIS v2 shifter, Exedy clutch, new master/slave, 1-piece driveshaft - 9K Racing CF cooling panel - Wilwood front brakes, SS lines all around - New front wheel bearings - New ES poly steering rack bushings, new Moog tie-rod ends, fresh alignment - New-ish Megan coils - 20% tint - A/C and heat work great - OEM floor mats, OEM lip, OEM mud flaps - OEM fogs, TRS 4300k HIDs for that OEM look and quality There are other minor details I may be forgetting, but we can talk about those if you offer something interesting. I could throw in a freshened-up J30 rear, Peakboost KA top-mount manifold, downpipe, and a Garrett 60-1, if you're interested. Thanks for looking!
