I have a few questions:

1. I want the VarrsToen ES 1.1.1 5x114.3 18x9 +15 HYPER SILVER. Is this a good size/offset for SC300 with no fender modification?

2. How much for VarrsToen ES 1.1.1 5x114.3 18x9 +15 HYPER SILVER all around shipped to 94024?

3. Do I need tuner lugs to run the aftermarket wheels?
