93 240sx speedometer wiring question

I just bought a 1993 240sx convertible car is in bad shape but everything is fixable.
At least thats what I though lol
Car was auto and previous owner made the conversion to manual
He did not do a very good job but it works
Top works
Turns on with no clutch sensor
But speedometer and reverse light dont work
I decide to investigate
Notice he didnt plug anything back to the transmission
So I did it
Reverse switch was broken from the tab on the transmission so I skip that for anpther day

Speedometer
I have a speed sensor not tested yet but following the wires I came across the first plug from the lower harness and its a gray small 2 wire plug that converts speed sensor wire black solid and green solid to yellow/green stripe and yellow/black stripe
Keep going it conects to a grey medium 5 wire plug.
At this time I though I had to conect the plug and fix the problem but I encounter theres no plug left this.
Next to the battery there a fuse box with 3 plugs on its side
One brown 5wire plug
One grey 5 wire plug
And a grey small 2 wire plug
I realize that I have 2 identical plugs coming from transmission with different color wires.
I search maybe 3 days allready finding contradicting information and no useful pictures.
I also removed the gauge cluster and try following the cable that conect to speed tach.
I notice they were
Yellow/green stripe
Yellow/blue stripe
Tried following without removing the dashboard and on passenger side down where the ecu I encounter a big green plug disconected
Also found only the yellow/green stripe wire going into the ecu
Not sure if its the same one from gauge

At this point I think I might have a manual lower transmission harness because I cant find a plug for the speed sensor plug.
Did not find any wires chopped off or deleted either so ibe encounter a frustating situation here.
Read somewhere that speedometer wires run the same color from one end to the other I cant find any wires color match in between fuse box and ecu.
I know it might be a long shot but if anyone can help please lmk
Pictures would help me alot more thanks in advance
