So I have a ka24de 92 240sx, will be doing a ca18det swap soon, which a/c components can I reuse and which a/c components do I need to get? Thanks.

Going from memory as I sold my CA back in 2008.

you can do an entire SOHC AC system with a CA compressor, or you can do a CA compressor and use most of the DE lines, but the dryer or something had to be changed.

Understand that a CA OEM compressor will be R12, not R134 so you would need to convert that. Also be aware that 99% of the CA swaps that come from over seas don't have the Idle up plug for the AC as they have a habit of snapping off so locating one of those is a real pain the neck. 6 years ago they were rare, I can't imagine they have gotten any better with time.
