I actually called Discount the other week about this.

Apparently the company that had the rights to that design was JD Co. and they supplied the wheels to Discount.

JD Co. recently was sold to TSW as of late last year, but they have yet to do anything with the molds.

The rep said we may see them again with TSW center caps fall of 2018, or we might never see them again.

I personally think it would be insane if they didn't keep producing these. They are basically treated as a consumable by the drift community and I imaging specific sizes sell very well.

Here's hoping...

there is a thread in off topic that briefly touches down on this. long story short: they may be coming back with a few sizes under the new ownership.

if they still have good molds from MB, they would be crazy not to do anything with them.

Jesus, some of the photos in the add are pretty old, USAIR advance course running reverse, my s14 is on battles and is stock body still. At least 5 years ago maybe more.

Not hating on the chassis, obviously quality parts used and it basically just needs a motor.

My main issue was the ad, clearly done by a guy thats not really trying to sell the car, but is trying to unload it for top price to some schmuck.

All the pics used arent current. Per his ad the car has no aero/tailights currently, yet hes got pics of it in its best condition

Lol I remember when my roommate in Boise brought BH's old s14 chassis up to the house in 2010. It was still a roller with the kit and some interior things back then, I think an engine of some sort. IIRC it's still up in Idaho at another friend's house. I just remembered that my steering wheel hub came off that car lol.
