1JZ Z32 Build

I love VG's, but it's time for some change.. I got a sweet deal on it, and now that I'm not gonna have A/C and all that, so I'll be more inclined to make my Z the race car, lol.

So far I have:

-1JZ-GTE
-R154
-Single Turbo Manifold
-Complete Toyota OEM Gasket Kit
-New Timing Belt, hydraulic tensioner, and tensioner pulley
-New 2JZ Water Pump
-ARP Head Studs
-ARP Flywheel Bolts
-HKS F-Con V Pro
-SS Oil Drain with Earls AN fittings (Needs to be extended)
-550's from a Supra

On Order:
-Action Clutch with OEM Pressure Plate
-New OEM Slave Cylinder
-Rest of the lines needed for single turbo
-New Serpentine Belt w/o A/C
-Driftmotion Pulley set
-Heat Shielding Gasket 1JZ

Gonna order some more stuff soon, just doing some research. Right now it looks like I'm gonna go with a Precision 62/62. I'm gonna do some sweet custom stuff with the intercooler and radiator setup hopefully. I'm REALLLY trying to make it to PBIR for the March 11th, so this build should move quick, I'll keep y'all updated for sure! HELP ME FINISH BY BUYING MY OLD VG STUFF!!!







So I did some work last night, started by installing the new timing belt tensioner.




Then the new 2JZ water pump





Then the set the timing and installed the new idler pulley and timing belt.



Forgot to take a pic with the serpentine belt tensioner and crank pulley on, but I have this. I fucking love this motor, lol.

Welp, worked on the motor some more, and also got some sweet new stuff. I absolutely love this motor. Everything is so easy. I love the you don't need to use gasket maker on everything!! lol. Sorry for the shitty iPhone pics, I only really get time to work on this at night.

HKS F-Con V Pro



Masked and painted the lower plenum.




Installed new OEM thermostat and finished putting the water pump together.



Installed alternator and PS pump.



Then I mocked up the turbo stuff. Driftmotion manifold with Precision 67/76 Dual BB Turbo and HKS 50mm wastegate. All tucked in my room again waiting to rape face

Reminds me of this one guy I used to know who owned a Z and talked all kinds of sh!t on my boyfriends 1JZ Supra callin it a "1gayZ" and whatnot lol then he went out and got a 1JZ Lexus SC..smh. It's awesome to find ppl who truly love & respect the 1JZ and do sick ass builds with them..hope to get one in my s14 one day, good luck with this!
