adding a/c to a non a/c s13 help.

Hello. Unfortunately I have a base model s13. I would like to add a/c. Now I have searched and found most of the answers to my questions exempt for one. WIRING! Now I looked at the relay box and the option is there, its just waiting for a relay.

How about the wiring for the dryer, compressor , and the cooler behind the dash. Are the connectors just chilling some were.

Any help is appreciated. And remember I DID SEARCH.

Never mind I figured it out.

For anybody wanting to do this in the future all you need is the complete ka24e a/c piping ,the dryer, compressor and bracket , the evaporator( box behind the dash), condenser and fan, another part is on the lower radiator hose there's a sensor looking thing with a connector. and for the wiring Nissan was nice enough to leave the connectors ready for you at the harness. They are taped up so there kinda hard to see. One is behind the glove box. Reach your hand behind your existing heater box and youll find it tucked. Another is by the brake booster sort of, again taped up. Another by the battery fuse box and another by the passenger head light.

Enjoy your ac. I know I will.
Don't forget to retrofit your system and properly flush the system.

I'm pretty sure if the car was not equipped from the factory with A/C, it most definitely will have a sunroof.

I just checked the MID# on my hatch, it too also never had A/C from the factory. (Doesn't mean it still wasn't installed at the dealership, however.)

I know this may be a silly question as I sell the KA compressor to SR20 AC adapter brackets, but did you take a SOHC setup and swap it into the DOHC car? or was it SOHC to SOHC? Reason I ask, is that I have DOHC car owners who ask if SOHC parts work, and I'm not 100% sure.

I'd possibly be interested in snagging a non-AC box from someone to maybe replace the AC box in my S13 if I go full retard. PM me if someone is willing to sell.
