Dual cam AUTO S13 up for sale

I'll start off by saying it needs a lot of love, she had about 260k miles as of February when the odometer stopped working, so she's probably right around 270k now. Car runs and drives fairly well, I was driving it 120 miles a day before I picked up my Lexus. Please look at the pictures and read the following if interested. Car has potential but I also own an R32 GTR so I don't really care to mess with it.

PRICE IS FIRM

Needs:
A/C recharge (blows cool but not cold)
Front tension rod bushing replaced
Coolant overflow tank
Brakes bled
Paint
Body work
Typical KA timing guide noise, been doing this since we first bought it.
