Technically it is for an S13. S13 cams were going to be used in the S15 head and ditch the variable valve timing. There is only one because Mazworx is about the only shop that can truly tune dual adjustable cam gears on an SR.... and they are about a 1000 miles from Illinois. If you need two then you could simply buy a new one and this one.
