Ok I'm sure this is something stupid go ahead and flame me if so but I cant figure this out.

SOOOOOOO

I have a wiring specialties harness and I cant figure out the interface harness, I have a feeling its the wrong interface harness but Im not sure. The car is a auto to manual but the pro harness Im not sure about I got it second hand off a friend who didn't know

I attached a picture of the interface harness with a note on two plugs I cant find where they go. Also attached is a picture from the FSM of a few plugs I cant figure out..
