How many miles are on them? And are they locked up from the rust?

you can clean those up pretty easy...some penetrating fluid and a wire wheel

hey!

yeah they are not a matching set. neither of them have dampening adjustment either... and as for the rust , no they arent seized up

... besides a wire brush will clean that up in a jiffy!
