lately ive been drinking pretty much nothing but soda and eating alot of junk food / fast food. is this bad for me? what can i do to stop? cuz pretty much all i drink when im home is soda: pepsi or sprite, and i hope im not destroying myself with every delicious sip. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/blush.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':blush:'>

hey im not fat. i havent even been gaining weight, im like 5'4" 155, ive actually been losing weight lately.....i think im withering away into nothingness...
