Joe do not trade for this.... you will be very dissapointed VG over the 2JZ anyday. You will have a much less tq and hp with this thing....i bet my sport 500's TT would take this ahha

yeah i know...i recently finished all of the deletes on the engine and painted everything.
it's just a very expensive car to mod haha.

here's the engine bay. all the deletes made it much easier to work on:

hatch is redone:

all original paint. not a scratch, really.

Sorry, looks nice but no thanks. Can't beat the reliability, simplicity and proven power of a 2j. That engine bay brings back nightmares. Lol.

but any motor can be reliable as long as you pay attention to it.

Yes they take away all my money haha but it's worth it

I have 2 tt's now about 340whp and 465whp both on just pump the 340 @ 10psi and the black Z with 465whp 439tq on only 14psi!

Going to sz soon. we'll see what comes out of it!

Our shop car just made 700whp on a mustang dyno at 24psi. Stock engine 2JZ

Pushin the limits!

If i decide to keep my black Z im gonna get bigger breather mods(bigger intercoolers, i/c piping, throttle bodies, straight 3" exhaust should be around 700whp

not to mention ill be hitting full boost 1,000rpms quicker

But we shall see. I wish one of my Z's were silver

Few stock motor 2Js around here been pushing 800 for years and driven hard.

mine's 20 years old and still runs, haha.
everything original. stock turbos too.

you're just used to seeing cheap/broke people buying such a car for $3k, then complaining how it never runs.

you must be friends or a monitor yourself cause ive never seen so many bumps in a fs thread. I think i bumped mine three times before and it wasnt in a row and mine got locked `bump limit`....hmmm.....Someone just buy this thing.
