Will the 95' Ka fit in the 89' 240sx FastBack without any problems? and if it does fit, does anyone know where i can get the 95' KA in Southern Cali for cheap? Don't want to get the SR, want to go N/A but start off with a better engine then the one i have in my 89' already.

Well it can be done, you just need all the parts. Here is a link to unStable-Hybrids they have done that swap and have all the details.     http://www.unstable-hybrids.com/SOHC2DOHC.html
