Hello,

I am wanting to convert my 96 s14 auto to manual. I think the s13 doesn't have a housing for the crankshaft position sensor so I don't want my car to have the CEL. I am looking into buying a 5 speed (complete with ecu, crossmember, etc...)

How do a lot of other 96+ owners go from auto to 5 speed? Just go sr20det which would include a 5 speed transmission?

I am located in Illinois, a couple hours southwest of Chicago. I can pay for shipping but depends on if the price is right.

Edit:

I guess an S13 will work as well. I will just have to drill a cps hole for it. Let me know what you guys have!
