Weird JZ idle noise

Lately, when I've started up my car the exhaust blows out a small white puff of smoke and then stops, I think it's signs of a blown head gasket, but other then the smoke on start up it drives great and has no problems, the radiator also started to leak small amounts of coolant every now and then so im not sure what the problem is? I've read a few forum posts that say bad ecu capacitors could also be the culprit, heres a youtube video of the car starting up (note this was the first time its started up in 3 days, the revs were being held at about 3k by the ecu)

Heres the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k-MtOP9yvWw

it's pretty common for old jz to puff a little on startup. usually due to valve seals.

as for the sound and the coolant I can't help you on this

With that being said sounds like the motor is running fine and your rad is just leaking? Maybe you're low on coolant..? Not sure what you mean about the ecu..

the puff could be valve stem seals like other mentioned as it is overly common, but that is more of a blueish smoke and not white.

What exact noise are you concerned about? The high pitched noise sounds like the IACV or the wobbly sounding noise? that sounds rotational, so possibly a bad tensioner. hard to tell. can you pinpoint where the sound is coming from?
