S14 SR crank but no start

Question for the sr gurus out there, zenki s14 sr in an s13 chassis cranks perfect but won't start. Pulled the cas(lined up with the marks on the housing at tdc on compression stroke beforehand) and rotated it by hand and I hear all 4 coils firing with every one full rotation but only 2 injectors pulse for every one rotation. Also no injectors will fire unless I spin it pretty quick. Bad CAS or am I chasing another problem?

Opened up the CAS, and the trigger wheel inside was slightly bent and in one spot touched at the bottom of the receiver in the CAS. Carefully straightened that out and it seemed slightly better.

New swap, factory internals, 160-170psi on all 4 cylinders, ecu, 370s, supra tt fuel pump, tomei fpr, factory maf, ngk bkr6e, wiring specialties engine & trans harness.

if you found damage on CAS i would say replace with a known working one and see if the problem persist.

coil pack sub harness ( you did not state the condition ) check for continuity.
injectors (new/used)?
check for spark from coil packs?
check grounds?

not a guru but pretty much the first things i would check.

If you dont have spark check the grounds for the ignition harness. Also proper grounding for engine. Its over looked on many swaps and could be your problem.

Coil pack harness was not new, however i am getting spark (arced out the plugs on the strut tower).

Injectors are most definitely fucked, found out 1, 2 and 4 were stuck open and fuel started dumping out of the throttle body
Buddy is bringing me a CAS and a set of good injectors to try out today so i will give that a shot.

I may be too anal when it comes to my car, but i would be replacing the oil in that engine before firing it up. Especially if you said it was dumping that much fuel
