If anyone knows what this nipple is for that'd be great. Bought this car recently and it runs but know idea what hose goes here.

I also am unsure what connects to this electrical connector. It is taped to the connector for the front shock which was also disconnected when I bought it. They run down under the battery and behind the wheel then I believe go through the firewall into the car.

I appreciate any help you guys can give
