Yeah stationary at all times because theres always something broken that needs to be replaced or fixed. IMO cars are the biggest overrated pieces of poorly designed junk but leave it to Mitsubishit.

If that 2nd one had a Japanese plate and was from Osaka, you guys would be ok with it, lol
(besides the chrome parts. and flares should be color matched yellow imo)
