i believe its ignition problem because i can take my key out when its on but when i start it it runs rough so i have to turn it on and off b4 the car shuts off to make it run better

Sounds like your seals are going and it's leaking fuel, flooding the engine. Not uncommon for rotards.

Install a fuel pump switch to help with the issue.
