exhaust manifold clean up?

hey guys so after getting my car dynoed and running perfect
i found out my exhasut mani is shit.
it has good flow it gave good numbers but its a turbo xs manifold top mount flanged for t3 turbo.

i was driving reguarly one day and decided to give it a little boost and it did as it normally would (all hell broke loose) then it seemed like i had a exhaust leak but it wasnt. i drove back and checked underneath and my tial 44mm wastegate externally dumped was not shut closed properly and stuck open.
i take it apart to see a piece of weld caught inbetween the butterfly and that caused my huge ass leak. so no my question is what can i do to clean the maifold i did clean it before with just a rag and break cleaner and tb cleaner and a air line thats about it.
any suggestions?
