I can't help you with how low they'll max out at but I will tell you that an S14 lowered on Silk Road coil-overs will look like any other S14 lowered on any other coil-overs.

OK, here is a comparison of the GR6 and Silkroad. We all know for a fact that the GR6 are ridiculously low. Here is the reason why. Look at how short that front spring is. You can shorten the entire shock assembly a ridiculous amount because of that. The GR6 has a long spring much like my n1 PRO. You probably won't be able to shorten it up too much. The trick to it is to pull the bottom perch out and bottom out the shock on the spring perch. You will definitely get the fronts low this way but you won't be able to make minor ride height adjustments. As for the rears, I would say it's safe to assume that since the fronts don't go very low that rears are probably the same. But I'm not gonna assume anything until someone on here shows a picture of their setup maxxed out or close to maxxed out low. Last edited by Flybert; 04-05-2005 at 05:21 AM.. |
