Tps ... Help

can you adjust the tps while the throttle body is off the car ?

yeah but u need to plug it into the harnesss to get the proper voltage readings. You also need to make sure when u install the TB that the throttle linkage cable is not pulling on it. Ideally u want to adj with it on the car so it stays put. But u can set it without technically being installed.

awesome ... thanks ... and it should be at .5 and wot 4.5 ... do you happen to know what plug goes where ... theres a black and a brown plug

in my sr, only one plug fits, i think its brown? yeah .45 -.50 is within spec.

thanks ... so i was replacing my knock sensor too and just got it off and noticed one wire was cut plugging into the knock sensor ... err guess im gonna have to try and find a pig tail tom ...
