Does anyone have any shock dyno graphs for HKS drag suspension or some drag specific coilover for an s13/14? I had my racing shock guy take a look at my megan streets and he laughed a bit given they are trash shocks (as are most we bolt to our stamped steel drift queens) however internally he says they have older Bilstein shim stacks in them. So with that said all of our ebay/megan/EMUSA/godspeed/Apexi can be revalved and setup for whatever we like. I am looking to replicate the valving from any existing S14 drag coilover as a starting point, and am wondering if someone can share some insight?

Also:
HKS Drag spec coilovers come with the following spring rates: S13: 225 lb. Front, 175 lb. Rear S14: 275 lb. Front, 175 lb. Rear This is what was/is on Mazworx S14 both in its SR days and now in the VQ days, running 8s and 9s on a manual z32 trans and independent rear suspension. |

Thanks for the info. I'm running stance coilovers and trying to find softer springs for them. So far the softest they have is 4k Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I go to school in Indiana about 40 mins from the Hyperco springs factory, they have a big discount for buying in person. I'm headed over there in a couple weeks to pick up some 175 rears, if you would like a set I can make arrangements. Just find out or measure the height and ID of your springs, or ask Stance. Hyperco makes all of the springs for IndyCar, and also makes springs for F1 and Nascar. Easily the best springs made. They come out to be about $65 per spring.

Second outing at the local 1320. Really need to work on launching but the twin disc is difficult to slip. I will be getting a 2-step setup in the future for consistency.

the car has over 200whp more than my old car, and weights 200lbs less. I think a 9.8 9.9 is a reasonable expectation.
