This thread will have absolutely none of my opinion in it, simply just copy pasting of communication back and forth and explanation where needed.

So I sent Vutony 30 USD for front side markers, two of them a complete set one right and one left.

Oct. 19, 2007 Payment To Tony Vu Cleared -$30.00 USD

Months later I finally received the side markers except I received 2 left markers and no right marker. I informed Vutony of this and he apologized and said he would send me the right side marker. This is where the correspondence picks up as so much time went by my inbox filled up and I had to delete some stuff.

No I am not blaming my accident on you. I don't know how you even came to that conclusion. Insurance is so that if they get here and they are broken I have recourse. They never got here! I would you to produce a receipt for me that is dated from the post office saying that you sent them here. Look man I don't want to cause problems with any of the business you do through Zilvia and I know you do plenty. I just want my money back. if this isn't resolved by mid week I will make this transaction public and let it be known to the community that this obscenity of a transaction is still going on.

Sorry for the long post but I just want people to know what all went down. I know people have had successful transactions plenty with him in the past, I just wanted to share my experience. to this day I still have two left side markers and im out 30 bucks.

I feel like you have two sidemarkers in exchange for 30 bucks so your out of nothing and need to relax. I'm sure there is some missing here. He's a good guy and I have personaly done business with him and have sent many people to him and he has always been a good seller. I'm not saying your in the wrong but I'm sure there is someparts left out of the conversation and I'm sure something just happened by accident. Are you sure he didn't send it? How do you know it didn't get lost in shipping. That does happen and that is why you get insurance as well as incase its broken.
Bad experience? Yes. Because of tony??? I'd say probably not. Again though I'm not blaming you.
I blame the government. Lol
I'm just saying I would have waited untill the transaction was complete.
Then post a review on the seller.

Yes, i did send it out to him again with the second marker. I probally got lost since he didnt pm me back a month or so later after I shipped it. I sent it first class mail and buyer didnt ask for insurance or trackng number. During this time, I asked him to ship back the two markers I sent. Upon receiving, I will issue a refund. I have yet to receive anything.

This thread is useless. Why did you post it when you didnt send the markers back.

Why would I want to ruin my reputation for a messily $30?

I know that he does tons of business on the forum succesfully. Shit I bought an alternator off someone who bought it of him with good results. I know lots of happy customers. Im not really even pissed about it cuz yeah, 30$. I was just posting my experience as objectively as I could to let people know what went down. I might even buy something from him again I would just make absolutely sure I got shipping ins. and tracking # since obviously somewhere between his location and mine there is difficulty since he supposedly sent me replacements parts or something and I never got them. Not to mention when I did get the first package it was like a month or so after he shipped them. Maybe that one got lost too only someone caught it and put it where it belonged.
