Well, after a 6 month wait the February issue of Import Tuner is hitting stores this week.
2nd overall is not bad for a car that was literally put together the week prior to the event.

@hOngsterr. Would the S chassis benefit from a squared tire setup, on my s2k I run 255 on all 4 corners at the track

More front tire would be beneficial with the correct alignment to make the most of the extra surface area in hard and high speed corners.

I only ran square tire setups on my S13 when i raced it. Initially i ran 245/45R16 Hoosiers then i upgraded to 275/40R17 on a set of 17x9.5's all four corners. I really enjoyed being able to rotate the tires every 2 sessions and maximize wear.Helped them last longer and spend a little less money in the long run.

I havnt been on the track in over a year now sadly, but the S chassis guys i tracked with locally all ran same tires all for corners for the same issues even if more rear tire could fit it was a cost issue and just an overall no need for ridiculous rear tires and minimal front tire.

better than me. By the time my 3rd session finished, my engine started making squirley noises until I found out my bearing are on their last legs. Skipped the last session just so I could "drive home."

Not bad for 215k engine.

Finally got a couple of quiet laps in Shitty one relaxing summer evening at MMP. Took the cars OG owner and girl for laps around the 3 mile outer course. Car needs a lot of work, typical old S car problems, clunks in the fronts, strawberry milkshakes all over my garage, and shock oil left the building long ago (lucky for me MMP is so smoof).

3 wheels on Hankook RS3's!

Whoa pedal makes for cheerful rotors. But where is that front end dive, oh yah no race tires

As a road race guy myself, it's awfully refreshing to log into Zilvia on a whim and see a fairly active thread. Keep it up! I'll be waiting in anticipation to eventually build an S-chassis of my own.

Would it be too blasphemous to post my non S-chassis track pics?
