I'm still waiting to see the cross over pipe. Turbonetics makes the single kit for the 350Z, its got the same cross over pipe design as you described; if anyone is curious for comparison.
Very impressed with the fab work good job!!!! are you going to need a turbo blanket for the coilpack cover?

Does the car lose any drivability? Handle well still or has it just become a straight drag car? I enjoy doing road courses, so I'm just curious...

Haha, Luke, busting nuts all over the world. I saw this kit in person, it's baller. Turbo setups for the LSx series motors in cramped bays are tricky (that's the biggest reason why centrifugal superchargers are so popular), and Luke really pulled it off.
He's one of the original guys behind Hinson's LSx kits, and has amazing fab skills, so this is no suprise. Come out with the final pricing Luke!11!one!!1

I have not had time to pull my car apart to remove the manifold and make a jig. I will be doing so in the fall. The car needs to remain running to finish the rest of the season.
So far the car is making 706 rwp (thats with the tires spinning on the dyno) has 23 events on the setup, including grip driving. The system has not had any issues. The car remains drivable, and response is great. Here are some links. ASB YouTube - Blu808 at All Star Bash 2009 Dyno YouTube - VID 00006 20090701 1241 compilation Blu808 - Luke Lonberger on Vimeo

I tried to pm you but your box is full. I spent a good bit of time searching for info yesterday and seen just about everything you posted on it but still have some questions if you dont mind answering.
1: what is the stock manifold on the driver side? 2: what size is the cross over and DP? IIRC you said 3.5" on the DP? 3: about how much for the pass side manifold when it comes available? Thx. |

1) D/S manifold starts small and ends at ~2.5". Each runner's diameter is tuned and the overall diameter is tuned (tuned meaning purposefully chosen). 2) Crossover pipe is 2.5", obviously 2.5" diameter on a 4cyl bank is not a horsepower-limiting factor, he's making very close to 1000hp at the crank. Downpipe has room for 3.5" and I believe that's what he's using. 3) Last we talked about pricing he was interested in selling them as complete kits, but I'm sure once he makes a few manifold he would sell one to you. Luke pop in here and correct me if I'm wrong on any point.
