same here usually you change them because they are cracked.... but this its pretty new and im sure works way better.

I get it, but there seems to be a lot of heat abatement under the hood, figures the overflow would have the same attention, to prevent cracking, further heating, etc...

Exactly what went through my head. I had an aluminum overflow tank but it looked overkill.



Been busy with work but this was 3 years in the making, just finishing up with some little touch ups left. Battery relocation and fan wiring.

Built bottom w/ BW EFR 7163 @ 330whp/245tq (conservative tune, should make 400 np)

engine/engine bay photos
Here is my setup as of right now. It just driven through a frickin hail/rain storm so it's dirty but it's coming along. AC will probably be going back in even though it's basically just a track car so I'll have to remount the oil cooler and what not but it's clean and functional for now. I'll also but wrapping the rest of the booster in the heat reflective tape so it's more uniform. I didn't want to coat it at all but it got hot when I was out tuning the other night so I put something together real quick so I could finish. It's got stainless brake lines now too and switched over to a V band gate so I can now fit the heat shield which is cool even though it doesn't look as clean. Also have to make a throttle cable bracket, this one came with this intake and I made it work so I could drive/tune it and I keep forgetting to go make one. Completely forgot again until I saw these pictures ha!
