That has no effect on the glare to on coming drivers. Those are wide angle LEDs. It's like driving with your high beams on no matter how bright. By the time you get it dim enough you can't see shit.
There are DOT LED low beams with cut offs to not blind other drivers. These are not them.

Im pretty sure that finances are one of the main reasons why there are alot of cars that are doing it wrong. Free "mods" are the best kind arent they?
