They are actually designed by a Japanese company but forged in Russia. I don't believe they actually sell them in Russia since they mainly fit imports.

I believe the 17x8 weigh about 15.2 lbs and the 17x9 weigh about 15.6 lbs. If you are seriously interested I can weigh them again to get an exact weight.
