i have tried the s15 hks t28 bottom mount and its works fine with no issues but i will try the oem mani and tell you tom. the exhaust side on all sr20 are the same bolt pattern, but i suspect that this head has ports on the exhaust side slightly bigger, to the naked eye it looks the same but as you offer the gasket it shows a little, now this could just be a little more just at the opening, but nothing some port matching wont fix

S13 and S14 and aftermarket manifolds need to have the holes slotted a bit in order to fit onto a VE head, but I have heard that the S15 manifold has slightly larger holes so it fits without needing to have the holes slotted. I am curious if it is true or not.

X2 slotted so the ports will line up. Xtrail VVL head only has VVL on the Intake. You need to get some P11 sr20ve rocker arms to put on the exhaust side to have VVL on the exhaust. cams are small too.
